Hello and welcome to Bodytone!

We are a unique women's only gym based in Arnold, Nottingham.

Our specialist Motortone machines are fabulous for toning and inch loss. They are brilliant at offering additional support for women with joint or muscular problems.

Bodytone also offers our members FREE classes and personal training (as well as weight loss and dietary advice). We can offer a full body workout for women of ANY age and level of fitness.

We are a relaxed, non-intimidating atmosphere where we pride ourselves on offering the opportunity to make new friends and join in with our social events.
